Newborn baby portrait photographer, London

This is Teddy, his mum and dad came from London to my studio on recommendation from a friend which is always really lovely. His gallery proves that newborns don't always have to be asleep to get some truly awesome portraits...

Newborn baby portrait photography, London

Baby "D" and her parents came to my studio in Bishop's Stortford from West London. First time parents mum, dad and grandma too, were really patient and helpful with feeding "D" and getting her back to sleep inbetween poses.

Newborn twins visit My Newborn Portrait, Bishop's Stortford

It's always a lovely challenge to photograph newborn twins. It gives me the opportunity to use different props, try some new poses and of course there's the issue of getting them to sleep at the same time. To be a newborn portrait photographer you need patience, patience and more patience.

Yvonne passes Associateship with flying colours

I am absolutely delighted to have passed my Associateship with the Master Photographers Association. It has taken me nearly a year to hone my work and to be able to travel up to Darlington and present 20 of my finest images was certainly one of the proudest moments of my life. To see them all up on the wall for judging and then to be told that I had passed with flying colours - well! I must admit t have let a tear or two escape.
Here is a slide show of my final panel...
